		<description>The cedars neighborhood in Dallas is interested in a community garden but we need some assistance in navigating the process, especially overcoming issues with the city. We have vacant lots available, and plenty of volunteer labor, we just need to know how to get started both literally and legally. Any help would be appreciated.</description>
